- *Requirements:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal service.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage international portfolios, ensuring the export of defense articles and services to partner nations.
- Develop, implement, and execute Security Cooperation policies and procedures.
- Apply End Use Monitoring (EUM) principles to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
- Conduct in-country inspections and analyze foreign partner activities concerning US-procured defense articles and services.
