Job Description
Summary
Lead federal program strategy, overseeing budget, negotiating policy, and analyzing initiatives for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Seeking experienced professionals to manage and enhance federal programs through expert policy, budget oversight, and strategic planning.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate the formulation and execution of budgets.
- Lead negotiations on critical policy issues.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of major policy issues, developing alternate solutions and defending recommendations.
- Formulate and recommend strategies for improving program value, effectiveness, and long-term strategic delivery.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience at a level comparable to GS-13 (for GS-14 consideration) or GS-14 (for GS-15 consideration) in federal service, or equivalent private/public sector experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
- Must meet all qualifications by the closing date of the announcement.
