Program Analyst (System Operations)

The Program Analyst (Systems Operations) will lead critical initiatives in systems sustainment and maintenance planning. This role is essential for driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement strategic goals for systems sustainment and maintenance planning, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and customer support.
• Oversee all contracting support and actions for program execution, providing expert guidance to program office staff.
• Lead sustainment and maintenance planning, documentation, requirements traceability, testing, program reviews, and milestone approval processes.
• Establish program priorities and ensure timely coordination and publication of milestone schedules.
• Analyze and coordinate with customers to refine functional requirements, translating them into appropriate enterprise specifications.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service, military, or the private sector.
• Proven experience in systems operations, sustainment, and maintenance planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in program execution, contracting, requirements traceability, and milestone management.
