Summary
Oversee and evaluate DoD/DON Wounded Warrior programs, ensuring compliance with federal mandates and managing complex projects.
The Department of Navy (DON) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Wounded Warrior initiatives. This role requires expertise in program management, regulatory compliance, and analytical evaluation.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and implement DoD/DON Wounded Warrior programs, ensuring adherence to congressional and DoD mandates.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments to improve program effectiveness and optimize management processes.
- Lead multiple, complex projects concurrently across various Navy levels and other government agencies.
- Prepare, present, and defend clear, concise findings and recommendations.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Strong understanding of federal and agency regulations, particularly those impacting Wounded Warrior programs.
