Program Analyst (Non-Medical Care Manager)

The Department of Navy (DON) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Wounded Warrior initiatives. This role requires expertise in program management, regulatory compliance, and analytical evaluation.

• Manage and implement DoD/DON Wounded Warrior programs, ensuring adherence to congressional and DoD mandates.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments to improve program effectiveness and optimize management processes.
• Lead multiple, complex projects concurrently across various Navy levels and other government agencies.
• Prepare, present, and defend clear, concise findings and recommendations.
