Program Analyst (International Case Coordinator)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage Security Cooperation programs and provide strategic guidance on foreign policy matters.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and oversee Security Cooperation programs.
• Advise leadership on foreign policy and the strategic impact of Department of Defense (DoD) programs, including Foreign Military Sales.
• Coordinate international agreements and engagements.
• Represent the DoD in national and international forums.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience outside the Federal service.
• Demonstrated experience managing Security Cooperation programs.
• Proven ability to advise leadership on foreign policy and DoD program impact.
• Experience coordinating international agreements and engagements.
• Track record of representing the DoD in national and international settings.
• *For current Federal employees (status applicants):* Must have served 52 weeks as a GS-13 or higher.
