Program Analyst (Early Childhood Education Coordinator)

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage, analyze, and lead early childhood programs within a military context, ensuring high standards and operational excellence.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Program Leadership & Mentorship:** Lead, train, and mentor a professional workforce, aligning with Navy values and early childhood standards.
• **Early Childhood Expertise:** Apply mastery knowledge of child development principles, early learning curriculum design, and developmentally appropriate practices.
• **Accreditation & Compliance:** Ensure adherence to national accreditation (NAEYC) and DoD certification requirements for early childhood programs.
• **Program Operations:** Oversee N96 Child and Youth Program operations and management, including fundamental and technical aspects.
• **Analytical Management:** Utilize analytical methods to assess program efficiency, effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• **Policy & Budget Management:** Manage program policies, regulations, and analyze requirements to ensure balanced and executable budgets within the Navy/DoD framework.
• **Strategic Communication:** Develop, interpret, and present policies, reports, and briefings to senior leadership.
• **Stakeholder Engagement:** Effectively negotiate with management and collaborate with senior staff across federal agencies and institutions.
• **Problem Solving:** Apply high-level judgment to resolve emergent concerns and administer management programs effectively.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Robust knowledge of Navy operational structure, funding, and DoD/DON philosophy regarding child and youth programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant web-based systems.
