Summary
Manage and advise on resource allocation and budgeting within the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle.
Join our team as a Resource Management Specialist, progressing through GS-13, GS-14, and GS-15 levels. This role focuses on resource management within the annual Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle. Duties reflect the full performance GS-15 level, with lower grades operating in a developmental capacity.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **GS-13:** Advise on programmatic resource management, contribute to process improvements, and conduct technical analyses of resource matters.
- **GS-14:** Provide expert guidance and advice on programmatic resource management, recommend business improvements for budget programs, and offer policy guidance.
- **GS-15:** Manage programmatic resource management, deliver expert direction and policy guidance at a headquarters level, and formulate budget program policies.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **GS-13:** One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-12) advising on programmatic resource management, process improvement, and technical analysis within the PPBE cycle.
- **GS-14:** One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-13) providing expert guidance, recommending business improvements, and offering policy assistance in resource management and PPBE.
- **GS-15:** One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-14) managing programmatic resource management, providing headquarters-level expert advice, and formulating budget program policies within the PPBE cycle.
