Program Analyst (Adaptive Sports And Recreation)

We are seeking an experienced professional to plan, coordinate, and execute adaptive sports/recreation events for wounded, ill, and injured service members.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Plan, coordinate, and execute small and large-scale Paralympic or adaptive sports/recreation events, often with geographically dispersed entities.
• Manage concurrent tasks, priorities, and projects with high attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• *Key Requirements:**
• **Experience:** At least four years of specialized experience planning, coordinating, and executing adaptive sports/recreation events.
• **Knowledge:**

* Administrative management principles, FFR, CNIC programs, and pertinent regulations. * NWW and DoD/DON Wounded Warrior adaptive sports/recreation initiatives. * Information management regulations and travel/personnel procedures.

• **Skills:**

* Working effectively with individuals facing physical and mental disabilities (e.g., PTSD, TBI). * Adapting sporting equipment for adaptive activities. * Proficiency in administrative computer applications, including TWMS, DTS, NAF travel system, and MS Office Suite.

• **Abilities:**

* Identify problems, research, analyze information, and formulate action plans. * Work effectively individually or as a team member across various management levels. * Adapt to changing conditions, interruptions, and short deadlines in a stressful environment.
