Program Analyst

Join our team to support federal program objectives through effective knowledge and communication management. This role involves developing clear content, managing digital platforms, and coordinating projects.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and interpret agency policies and programs for diverse audiences, adhering to departmental style guides and using software like SharePoint, MS Office, and Adobe DC.
• Produce high-quality written communications, ensuring error-free grammar, formatting, and structure.
• Collaborate on projects, including organizing, planning, analyzing, and evaluating multiple initiatives.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, discussion boards, blogs, and data repositories, managing user access.
• Lead the planning, analysis, and evaluation of knowledge content creation projects, partnering with Subject Matter Experts.
• *Qualifications (GS-11 Equivalent):**
• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level. This experience must demonstrate proficiency in at least four of the following areas:

* Using standard software (SharePoint, MS Office, Adobe DC) and style guides. * Developing written materials that interpret and explain policies for diverse audiences. * Proofreading and writing with exceptional clarity and accuracy. * Collaborating on project organization, planning, analysis, and evaluation. * Supporting and maintaining SharePoint sites, including access management. * Planning and evaluating knowledge content creation projects with SMEs.

• **Education (Substitution):** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (LL.M. if related) in a directly relevant field.
• **Combination:** A mix of specialized experience and related graduate-level education (beyond the first two years).
