Summary
Support federal program goals through expert knowledge management, communication, and SharePoint administration, requiring strong writing and project coordination skills.
Join our team to support federal program objectives through effective knowledge and communication management. This role involves developing clear content, managing digital platforms, and coordinating projects.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and interpret agency policies and programs for diverse audiences, adhering to departmental style guides and using software like SharePoint, MS Office, and Adobe DC.
- Produce high-quality written communications, ensuring error-free grammar, formatting, and structure.
- Collaborate on projects, including organizing, planning, analyzing, and evaluating multiple initiatives.
- Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, discussion boards, blogs, and data repositories, managing user access.
- Lead the planning, analysis, and evaluation of knowledge content creation projects, partnering with Subject Matter Experts.
- *Qualifications (GS-11 Equivalent):**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level. This experience must demonstrate proficiency in at least four of the following areas:
- **Education (Substitution):** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (LL.M. if related) in a directly relevant field.
- **Combination:** A mix of specialized experience and related graduate-level education (beyond the first two years).

- *Important Notes:**
- **Federal Time-In-Grade:** Current or former federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the GS-09 level.
