Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly capable Program Analyst (GS-14) to drive strategic initiatives and optimize organizational performance.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and manage organizational strategic plans and associated performance measures.
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive organizational governance programs.
• Lead impactful programs and projects with significant organizational scope.
• Assess, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of program and project processes.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal, military, or private sector.
• Experience must demonstrate competencies in strategic planning, governance program management, program/project leadership, and process improvement.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
