Summary
Program Analyst needed to lead strategic planning, governance, and project effectiveness, requiring one year of specialized experience.
We are seeking a highly capable Program Analyst (GS-14) to drive strategic initiatives and optimize organizational performance.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage organizational strategic plans and associated performance measures.
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive organizational governance programs.
- Lead impactful programs and projects with significant organizational scope.
- Assess, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of program and project processes.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal, military, or private sector.
- Experience must demonstrate competencies in strategic planning, governance program management, program/project leadership, and process improvement.
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
