Program Analyst

We are seeking skilled Program Analysts at the GS-11, GS-12, and GS-13 levels to support strategic planning, program evaluation, and process improvement initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities & Qualifications (Vary by GS Level):**
• **GS-11 Program Analyst:**

* One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09. * Broad knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for program assessment and improvement. * Understanding of program management processes, including policy development, strategic planning, and team direction. * Ability to analyze and measure program accomplishments. * *Education Option:* A Ph.D. or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education may substitute for experience, or a combination of both.

• **GS-12 Program Analyst:**

* One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11. * Experience researching and investigating new business and management practices. * Highly developed written and oral communication skills to convey policies and gain support. * Ability to monitor and evaluate processes to ensure regulatory compliance and propose solutions to senior management.

• **GS-13 Program Analyst:**

* One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12. * Expertise in applying qualitative and quantitative methods to manage and improve Strategy and Governance processes, including policy development and dissemination. * Expert knowledge of program management processes essential for policy, strategic planning, and Integrated Process Teams (IPTs). * Proven experience in providing leadership, guidance, and direction to team members on assignments and projects.
