Program Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to optimize program operations through rigorous analysis and strategic recommendations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis of program efficiencies, cost-effectiveness, benefits, risks, and resource allocation. * Participate in working groups to identify program deficiencies and recommend actionable corrective measures. * Develop and propose innovative methods and procedures to enhance the efficiency of program operations, specifically regarding Government Purchase Card (GPC) and/or Government Travel Charge Cards. **Required Qualifications:** * Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in federal service, or comparable experience in the military or private sector. * Demonstrated experience performing analyses, identifying shortcomings, and recommending operational improvements.
