Job Description
Summary
Seeking a Program Analyst to conduct data-driven analysis, identify program inefficiencies, and recommend improvements for federal operations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to optimize program operations through rigorous analysis and strategic recommendations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis of program efficiencies, cost-effectiveness, benefits, risks, and resource allocation.
- Participate in working groups to identify program deficiencies and recommend actionable corrective measures.
- Develop and propose innovative methods and procedures to enhance the efficiency of program operations, specifically regarding Government Purchase Card (GPC) and/or Government Travel Charge Cards.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in federal service, or comparable experience in the military or private sector.
- Demonstrated experience performing analyses, identifying shortcomings, and recommending operational improvements.
