Program Analyst

Join our team as a Data and Operations Analyst, focusing on data-driven insights and process optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with specialized software.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and coordinate concept plans, status reports, and trend data for studies.
• Interpret, analyze, and evaluate operational data to formulate internal recommendations and presentations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across databases, spreadsheets, and data warehouses.
• Utilize various software packages, including Microsoft Access, Excel, Minitab, Structured Query Language (SQL), Macros, and Power BI, to support program functions.
• Propose and implement quality improvements for data collection and statistical information systems.
• *Minimum Qualifications:**

Candidates must meet *all* of the following requirements:

• **Selective Placement Factor:** Demonstrated experience using specialized call center software.
• **Experience or Education:** Applicants must qualify through one of the following paths:

* **Specialized Experience:** One year of professional experience equivalent to the federal GS-09 level, performing duties such as those listed in the Key Responsibilities (must meet at least three of the five examples). * **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, *or* 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (LL.M. if related) in a field directly related to the position's work. * **Combination:** A blend of specialized experience and graduate-level education (beyond 2 years) in a directly related field.
