Program Analyst

This role involves leading technology and policy initiatives, driving process improvements, and implementing advanced technological systems. We are seeking a proactive leader with a strong analytical background and expertise in emerging technologies.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Drive process and program/system improvements through rigorous analysis.
• Collaborate with IT professionals and program experts to design, implement, and test effective technological systems.
• Apply state-of-the-art information technology trends and ethical practices, especially concerning critical initiatives like suicide prevention and care.
• Lead the application of emerging technologies within complex operating environments, including organizational redesign and change management.
• Provide leadership for complex technology and technology policy initiatives, from initial conception through successful implementation.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least a GS-12 level.
• **Specialized Expertise:** Must meet at least three of the following five examples of specialized experience:

* Using rigorous analysis methods to define process and program/system improvements. * Working with IT professionals and other program experts in designing, implementing, and testing effective technological systems. * Utilizing state-of-the-art information technology and trends, including their ethical application (e.g., in suicide prevention and care). * Leading the application of emerging technologies in complex operating environments, including organizational redesign, change management, and facilitation. * Providing leadership on complex technology and technology policy initiatives from conception through implementation.
