Summary
Lead technology and process improvement initiatives, applying emerging tech ethically in complex operational environments.
This role involves leading technology and policy initiatives, driving process improvements, and implementing advanced technological systems. We are seeking a proactive leader with a strong analytical background and expertise in emerging technologies.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive process and program/system improvements through rigorous analysis.
- Collaborate with IT professionals and program experts to design, implement, and test effective technological systems.
- Apply state-of-the-art information technology trends and ethical practices, especially concerning critical initiatives like suicide prevention and care.
- Lead the application of emerging technologies within complex operating environments, including organizational redesign and change management.
- Provide leadership for complex technology and technology policy initiatives, from initial conception through successful implementation.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least a GS-12 level.
- **Specialized Expertise:** Must meet at least three of the following five examples of specialized experience:
