Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Analyst to manage and execute complex programs within the federal sector. This role demands comprehensive program lifecycle management and strategic problem-solving expertise.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead strategic planning, programming, budgeting, acquisition, and execution of program requirements for acquisition domains and end-user customers within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Federal Government.
• Manage all program lifecycle phases, including design, development, systems engineering, integration, testing, configuration management, implementation, risk management, quality assurance, and operational fielding.
• Formulate and guide research strategies, devising creative solutions to critical program challenges.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program management, acquisition, and execution within a federal or large organizational context.
• Proven ability to manage programs from design through operational deployment.
• Experience in guiding research strategies and solving complex problems.
• Note: Both paid and unpaid/volunteer experience will be considered.*
