Program Analyst

Join our team as a Program Analyst, providing critical support for large-scale information technology (IT) programs and projects. This role involves driving efficiency and effectiveness through meticulous analysis and strong coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide essential support for large organizational IT programs, projects, or applications serving extensive customer communities.
• Conduct thorough research and perform solution analysis, delivering actionable insights.
• Maintain program management oversight, tracking goals, metrics, and overall performance.
• Apply analytical techniques (qualitative and quantitative) to measure program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity, including contract and budgetary administration.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication effectively with leaders and across large, diverse teams.
• *Qualifications:**
• A minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service, or a comparable level in the private sector or military.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting large IT programs, performing solution analysis, providing program management oversight, applying analytical techniques, and coordinating with large teams.
• Education cannot be substituted for specialized experience.
• All relevant experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
