Program Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized Program Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs through comprehensive testing and effective project management.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate with integrated teams to define test requirements, develop detailed test plans/strategies/scenarios, and execute various types of testing (unit, release, regression, user acceptance, interface, end-to-end).
• Document test results thoroughly in accordance with prescribed plans.
• Conduct thorough risk analysis for each project to determine testing needs and scope.
• Work closely with Systems Program Managers and Specialists to establish project priorities and ensure effective workload delegation based on functional/technical difficulty and task requirements.
• Identify and manage testing milestone schedules and deliverables.
• Prepare workload projections, evaluate the effectiveness and economy of work efforts, and coordinate testing assignments with internal and external personnel.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience in program analysis, system testing, or a related field, equivalent to the GS-12 level in the federal service or a comparable role in the military or private sector.
• Experience should demonstrate competency in defining test requirements, developing test plans, executing testing transactions, and documenting results.
• Proven ability to perform risk analysis related to program or system projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, including managing project schedules, workload projections, and evaluating work effectiveness.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
