Summary
Evaluate and enhance child and youth advocacy programs, ensuring protection and support for military dependent children against harmful behavior.
Join our team to advocate for and protect military dependent children and youth by evaluating and enhancing critical child and youth advocacy programs. We are seeking dedicated professionals experienced in addressing serious harmful behaviors.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate child and youth advocacy programs focused on serious physical, sexual, or emotional harmful behaviors affecting military dependent children.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve program goals and improvements.
- Monitor, review, and analyze program data to ensure policy compliance and identify areas for enhancement.
- (For GS-14) Develop new program objectives, advance existing initiatives, and provide expert analysis and interpretation of program data, reports, and policy.
- *Qualifications:**
- **GS-13:** One year of specialized experience evaluating child and youth advocacy programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and monitoring program data for policy compliance related to harmful behavior among military dependent children.
- **GS-14:** One year of specialized experience as described for GS-13, *plus* developing program objectives, advancing initiatives, and providing comprehensive analysis and interpretation of program data and policy for the Child and Youth Advocacy Program.

- **Eligibility:** Applicants must meet specific federal employment authority categories.
- **Experience Only:** Education cannot be substituted for the required specialized experience.
- **Time in Grade (Federal Applicants):** Must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower GS grade or equivalent within the last 52 weeks.
