Summary
Program Analyst (GS-12) sought to analyze and improve patient safety programs, particularly in mental health and suicide prevention.
Join our team as a Program Analyst, GS-12, focused on enhancing patient safety. This role involves critical analysis and program evaluation within a healthcare environment, with a special emphasis on mental health and suicide prevention initiatives.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct research on patient safety program activities.
- Utilize statistical methods, databases, and reporting tools for data analysis and interpretation.
- Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to assess program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement healthcare concepts and principles to manage patient safety programs.
- Review data, reconcile discrepancies, and develop innovative analytical approaches.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues within patient safety programs.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level.
- Demonstrated ability to perform at least four of the six responsibilities listed above.
- **Selective Placement Factor (Required):** Experience with suicide and/or mental health-related patient safety activities.
