Seeking an experienced professional for complex M&A, investigation, and compliance roles requiring deep policy and legal expertise.
Join our team as a highly skilled professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, investigations, and compliance. This role demands a deep understanding of complex policy and legal frameworks to conduct high-level studies and analyses.
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- Apply expert knowledge of national and DoD policies regarding Mergers and Acquisition (e.g., DoD Directive 5000.62; 15 USC 18a Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act).
- Lead multi-agency, multi-state, or international studies, reviews, and investigations.
- Develop operational criteria, plans, and bulletins.
- Analyze and investigate complex or unusual situations.
- *Key Requirements:**
- One year of specialized experience demonstrating advanced proficiency in M&A policy, investigations, and compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of complex inspection, investigation, enforcement, and compliance principles.
- Strong understanding of criminal and case law precedents, administrative/legal procedures, and advanced research methodologies.
- Both paid and volunteer experience are considered for qualifications.*
