## Program Analyst (GS-13)

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Program Analyst to provide essential support and oversight for large-scale information technology (IT) programs. This role involves ensuring program effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence to goals.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Support large IT programs, projects, and applications for extensive customer communities.
• Conduct research and deliver solution analysis for program challenges.
• Provide program management oversight, tracking goals, metrics, and performance.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to measure program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity, including contract and budgetary aspects.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with leadership and diverse teams.

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the federal, military, or private sector.
• Experience must demonstrate competencies in the core responsibilities listed above.
• Note: All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, is considered.*
