This strategic role focuses on providing essential support and guidance for programs benefiting military service members and their families.

• **Strategic Advising:** Advise senior executives on resource implications for policies and services addressing military family needs.
• **Resource Management:** Agilely allocate resources to meet emerging critical needs within the military community.
• **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with key stakeholders on budgetary and contractual operations impacting service members and families.
• **Program Oversight:** Review programs for potential efficiencies and monitor contracts related to military family support initiatives.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** A minimum of one year of specialized experience, demonstrating expertise in:

* Advising senior leadership on resource planning for military family support. * Managing and allocating resources effectively for critical military community needs. * Collaborating on budgetary and contractual matters affecting military families. * Identifying program efficiencies and monitoring related contracts.
