Job Description
Seeking a GS-11 Program Analyst to analyze and optimize administrative operations, requiring specialized experience or advanced education.
## Program Analyst, GS-11
This role focuses on applying administrative concepts, analytical methods, and evaluative techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative and support operations.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze office procedures to meet organizational needs.
* Evaluate and analyze data for reporting purposes.
* Communicate with management, agencies, and external organizations to resolve issues.
* Develop and implement operational procedures.
* Create data reports based on analyzed information.
### Qualifications:
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
* **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in Federal Service. This includes applying administrative concepts, analytical/evaluative methods, and tasks such as analyzing office procedures, evaluating data for reports, communicating to resolve issues, developing procedures, and creating data reports.
* **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR an LL.M. (if related). Education must be from an accredited institution and demonstrate required knowledge/skills.
* **Combination:** A combination of specialized experience and graduate education (in excess of 2 full years) that collectively meets 100% of the requirements.
