Lead and enhance child and youth development programs for military families through policy analysis and strategic collaboration.
Join our team to support military families by managing, evaluating, and enhancing child and youth development programs. We are seeking a professional to ensure programs effectively meet the needs of service members and their families.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Brief, train, and advise on child and youth development programs.
- Analyze and evaluate policies related to child and youth development.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to address family needs.
- Incorporate trend analysis into policy recommendations.
- Advise senior management on program policy and procedural changes.
- Establish and advance program goals and objectives.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated specialized experience in child and youth development programs.
- Experience includes briefing, training, policy analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven ability to evaluate programs, incorporate trend analysis, and advise senior officials.
- Experience establishing program goals and objectives.
- Relevant experience (paid or unpaid, including volunteer work) will be considered.
