Program Analyst

To qualify for a Program Analyst position at the GS-15 level, applicants must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, or comparable experience in the federal, military, or private sector.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and provide oversight for corporate information technology (IT) acquisition programs, investment management, enterprise architecture, and logistics data services.
• Oversee Defense Business Systems and other designated IT systems.
• Direct and guide the development, acquisition, testing, systems integration, product improvement, and fielding of assigned IT programs.
• Develop and implement IT program policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring organizational accountability and compliance with directives.
• Provide program management oversight for enterprise architecture, emerging systems, and system enhancements, including portfolio management and evaluation.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, or equivalent under other pay systems, demonstrating expertise in IT program management, enterprise architecture, and system oversight.
• Must meet all eligibility requirements, including time-in-grade, by the announcement's closing date.
• Note: Both paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, will be considered for qualification.*
