Program Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Program Analyst to lead critical data analysis, investigate process issues, and ensure program integrity. This role involves interpreting complex information and presenting insightful findings to leadership, contributing to audit readiness and operational excellence.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Interpret, cross-check, and analyze program data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Direct in-depth investigations into specific process issues and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare clear, concise presentations of findings for dissemination to senior program officials.
• Apply a strong understanding of audit readiness end-to-end processes and associated internal controls.
• Review and interpret findings published in System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 reports.
• Interpret complex policies, such as Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAEs).
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal level or in the private sector.
• Experience must include data analysis, process issue investigation, and preparing high-level presentations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of audit readiness processes and internal objective controls.
• Familiarity with SOC 1 reports and interpreting complex policy statements.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
