Program Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional at the NH-04 (GS-14) level to apply expert knowledge in engineering, scientific, and business disciplines, solving complex technical problems. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills. **Key Qualifications:** * One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level (federal or private sector), demonstrating: * Expert knowledge across engineering, scientific, and business fields (e.g., civil engineering, physical/biological sciences, geospatial analysis, IT, enterprise architectures, systems engineering, program/business management, strategic planning, public administration) to develop and apply new approaches to challenging technical problems. * Proven ability to organize and lead interdisciplinary, multi-agency, and/or multi-service collaborative teams. * Proficiency in applying data analysis and geospatial analysis techniques. **Experience Note:** Qualifying experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work (e.g., National Service programs, professional, philanthropic, community organizations).
