Job Description

Lead interdisciplinary teams applying expert scientific, engineering, and business knowledge to solve complex technical problems.
We are seeking an experienced professional at the NH-04 (GS-14) level to apply expert knowledge in engineering, scientific, and business disciplines, solving complex technical problems. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills. **Key Qualifications:** * One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level (federal or private sector), demonstrating: * Expert knowledge across engineering, scientific, and business fields (e.g., civil engineering, physical/biological sciences, geospatial analysis, IT, enterprise architectures, systems engineering, program/business management, strategic planning, public administration) to develop and apply new approaches to challenging technical problems. * Proven ability to organize and lead interdisciplinary, multi-agency, and/or multi-service collaborative teams. * Proficiency in applying data analysis and geospatial analysis techniques. **Experience Note:** Qualifying experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work (e.g., National Service programs, professional, philanthropic, community organizations). All qualifications must be met by the announcement closing date and clearly documented in your resume.
