Drive strategic materials policy and planning, utilizing geopolitical analysis and stakeholder relations.
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to manage the strategic implications of geopolitics on critical materials sectors, translating complex insights into actionable policy and investment recommendations. This role involves significant strategic planning, financial management, and extensive stakeholder engagement.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and assess how geopolitics influences strategic and critical materials sectors, from raw materials to finished products.
- Translate geopolitical context into practical policy and investment recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans and derive specific action plans.
- Effectively utilize and perform the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate critical reports and policies with internal and external partners.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) federal grade level, demonstrating expertise in:
- Experience may be gained in either the private or public sector.
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
