Program Analyst

Seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to manage and advise on IT and telecommunications acquisitions. This role requires at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GG-12 federal grade level, demonstrating core competencies in:

• **IT Resource Planning:** Analyze and plan IT resources for ongoing maintenance and development.
