Job Description
Summary
Lead policy development, program improvement, and communication strategies for service members and their families.
This role focuses on developing and enhancing programs and policies to support service members and their families through effective communication and accountability.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain accountability for all correspondence, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Develop and implement policies tailored to meet the needs of service members and their families.
- Recommend strategic improvements and enhancements for existing programs serving military families.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to formulate and execute communication strategies, informing service members and their families about available programs and services.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience at the GS-14 level (or equivalent to GS-13 in federal service).
- **Specialized experience must include:**
- Qualification for this position is based solely on experience; education cannot be substituted.
- **For Federal Applicants:** Must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the GS-13 level or equivalent within the last 52 weeks.
