Program Analyst

This role focuses on developing and enhancing programs and policies to support service members and their families through effective communication and accountability.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and maintain accountability for all correspondence, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Develop and implement policies tailored to meet the needs of service members and their families.
• Recommend strategic improvements and enhancements for existing programs serving military families.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to formulate and execute communication strategies, informing service members and their families about available programs and services.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience at the GS-14 level (or equivalent to GS-13 in federal service).
• **Specialized experience must include:**

* Maintaining correspondence accountability for timely responses. * Developing policies to support service members and their families. * Recommending program improvements addressing service member and family needs. * Collaborating on communication strategies to inform service members and families about programs.

• **For Federal Applicants:** Must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the GS-13 level or equivalent within the last 52 weeks.
