Summary
Analyze and improve mental health clinical operations, coordinating quality assurance and developing policies within a call center environment.
Join our team to enhance mental health clinical program operations. We are seeking a professional who can analyze performance, recommend improvements, and ensure quality within a call center setting.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical program operations using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Develop and recommend managerial and organizational improvements for clinical operations.
- Coordinate program and project initiatives, applying quality assurance principles in a call center environment.
- Document analytical findings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures through effective written communication.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-9 level), including at least three of the following:
- **Education (may substitute experience):**
- **Key Competencies:** Decision Making, Oral Communication, Organizational Performance Analysis, Planning and Evaluating.
