Program Analyst

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-3 (GS-13) grade level. This experience must include:

• Performing comprehensive contract oversight.
• Monitoring technical performance of contracts.
• Providing customer service related to contract management.
• Managing contract resources effectively.
• Serving as a key liaison between leadership, contractors, and technical management teams.

Both paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, will be considered to meet these requirements.
