Program Analyst

This role requires an experienced IT professional to analyze and manage IT programs and services. You will be responsible for identifying potential problems and developing effective solutions for IT systems and equipment.

• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the federal GS-13 level, or comparable experience in the private or public sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and managing IT programs or services to identify and solve system and equipment issues.
• Relevant volunteer experience, including National Service programs, will be considered.
