Summary
Seeking a Program Analyst (GS-13) to drive strategic portfolio management, IT project delivery, and enterprise process improvement.
We are seeking a Program Analyst (GS-13) to lead strategic portfolio management and enterprise IT initiatives. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and project management expertise within a large organizational context.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the development, sustainment, and enterprise adoption of Strategic Portfolio Management tools and processes.
- Assist functional process owners with requirements definition, business process re-engineering, funding identification, and technical solution analysis.
- Serve as a primary liaison between functional owners, technical leads, and senior leadership to define capability needs and advance projects.
- Identify and document risks, issues, and opportunities relevant to large-scale programs.
- Contribute to the development and sustainment of platform modules representing enterprise business change.
- Collaborate with project leads to compile program information into reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Manage complex IT projects driving significant change across a large agency.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (Federal, military, or private sector).
- Creditable experience includes demonstrated abilities in:
- Must meet all eligibility requirements, including time-in-grade where applicable.
- Credit will be given for all qualifying experience, including volunteer work.
