Summary
Program Analyst to manage complex IT programs, overseeing development, acquisition, and compliance with specialized experience.
Join our team as a Program Analyst, providing critical oversight and management for complex Information Technology (IT) programs. This role involves guiding the full lifecycle of IT systems, from acquisition and development to integration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate IT acquisition, investment, enterprise architecture, and logistics data services.
- Oversee the development, acquisition, testing, integration, and fielding of assigned IT programs, including Defense Business Systems.
- Develop and implement IT program policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring organizational accountability and compliance.
- Provide program management oversight for enterprise architecture, new system development, and portfolio management.
Qualifications:
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level (or equivalent in federal, military, or private sector).
- Experience must include IT acquisition program management, investment management, enterprise architecture, logistics data services, and oversight of complex IT systems.
- Education cannot be substituted for specialized experience.
- Volunteer experience is recognized and credited.
