Program Analyst

This Program Analyst role focuses on managing and evaluating critical programs within crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or behavioral health in a federal environment. You will ensure program effectiveness, compliance, and successful implementation of new initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate program data to provide operational recommendations.
• Interpret and apply regulations, policies, and directives relevant to program processes.
• Develop detailed reports on program efficiency, implementation, and outcomes for leadership review.
• Oversee major initiatives and pilot programs, managing development, implementation, and evaluation of project milestones.
• Design and monitor quality assurance programs.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Selective Placement Factor (Mandatory):** Experience assisting with the implementation of new programs within a crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or behavioral health setting.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service, demonstrating proficiency in at least three of the following:

* Applying methods for collecting, quantifying, analyzing, and evaluating data for program operations. * Interpreting and providing guidance on program-related regulations, policies, and directives. * Analyzing data sets and developing detailed reports on program efficiency and outcomes. * Overseeing major initiatives, including development, implementation, and evaluation of milestones and resources. * Developing and tracking quality assurance programs.
