Summary
High-level administrative specialist needed, requiring 2+ years applying rules, using software, and generating reports for diverse operations.
Join our team as a Clerical/Administrative Specialist at the CL-26 level, supporting essential operations. We are seeking a highly organized individual with a strong foundation in administrative procedures.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible specialized clerical or administrative experience, including at least one (1) year equivalent to work at the CL-25 level.
- **Specialized Experience:** Must demonstrate the ability to:
- **Relevant Backgrounds:** Experience is commonly found in legal, banking, educational, social service, insurance, real estate, corporate headquarters, or human resources/payroll operations.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- *Alternatively*, five (5) years of specialized experience performing duties consistent with a Procurement Administrator role may be substituted for the degree requirement.
