Seeking a Procurement Analyst (GG-13) to provide expert procurement advice, manage contracts, develop acquisition strategies, and evaluate performance.
## Procurement Analyst (GG-13)
We are seeking a highly qualified Procurement Analyst to provide expert guidance and management across various acquisition functions. This role requires demonstrated experience in complex procurement strategies and contract oversight.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and recommendations on complex procurement matters.
- Administer contracts and manage post-award performance effectively.
- Collaborate with acquisition teams to develop sophisticated acquisition strategies.
- Evaluate contractor performance to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- *Basic Eligibility (GG-1102 Series):**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. or
- **Exemption:** Current DoD civilian (GS-1102 or contracting with authority above simplified acquisition threshold) or military member (equivalent to GS-1102) who occupied such a position on or before September 30, 2000.
- *GG-13 Specific Qualification:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG-12 grade level in federal service (or private sector equivalent). This experience must demonstrate proficiency in the Key Responsibilities listed above.
