• *Basic Qualifications:**
• 4+ years of experience in UX/Research Operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Direct experience collaborating with Research or Design teams.

• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven systems thinking for scaling design and research teams.
• Strategic acumen with foresight to solve complex cross-functional challenges.
