  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for credit card acquisitions, from consideration to conversion.
  • Synthesize consumer insights, market trends, and competitive data to formulate strategic marketing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to identify opportunities and refine marketing/testing strategies.
  • Serve as a key liaison, partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, channel, creative, legal, operations).
  • Translate business intent into actionable directives for partner teams.
  • Work with creative and marketing technology teams to build and scale marketing tactics, optimizing for conversion KPIs.
  • Champion the brand, ensuring strategies and messaging align with audience needs.
  • Develop clear creative briefs, test plans, and strategies to drive continuous performance optimization.

* Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience. * 4+ years of experience in product marketing or multi-channel digital marketing. * 4+ years of experience developing marketing test frameworks, driving optimization plans and strategy. * 4+ years of experience managing marketing intent, partnering with creative and channel teams, and developing strategies and briefs.
  • **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. * 2+ years of experience marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry. * 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity. * 1+ year of experience working with marketing tech platforms, including data management platforms or customer relationship management systems.
