- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the internal editorial calendar and story repository, serving as the central point for managing multiple organizational newsletters.
- Collaborate with communications managers to develop and produce a wide range of consistent, accurate written materials for various Retail Bank organizations.
- Act as a strategic consultant on content timing and delivery, optimizing leverage of internal channels like email, Slack, and the intranet.
- Manage end-to-end production of monthly newsletters and oversee the weekly Slack newsletter, ensuring broad reach and engagement.
- Write and publish internal intranet articles highlighting key projects, initiatives, and compelling content.
- Develop materials for seasonal communication initiatives (e.g., Associate Appreciation Week, promotions, office updates).
- Support crafting announcements for team structure changes with clarity and sensitivity.
- Maintain accurate distribution lists and utilize tools to track communication metrics for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain efficient processes to foster seamless collaboration across stakeholders.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or military experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in an internal communications role.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or Journalism.
- 4+ years of experience in an internal communications role.
- 2+ years experience in content strategy or content processes.
- 1+ year experience in the financial services or technology industry.
- *Required Skills & Traits:**
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex information into clear, engaging messages.
- Strong organizational, process-oriented mindset with experience building collaborative workflows.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, effectively managing multiple competing deadlines.

- Excels at writing with a lively, approachable voice, ensuring content is informative and enjoyable.
