Job Description
Summary
Seeking licensed Physicians with MD/DO degrees and accredited residency training, preferably General Body Radiologists, for VA roles.
We are seeking highly qualified Physicians to join our team. This role requires specific medical education, licensing, and residency training to ensure exceptional patient care.
- *Key Requirements:**
- **Citizenship:** United States Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered if qualified citizens are unavailable per VA policy).
- **Education:** Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree (do) from a VA-approved medical school.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- **Residency Training:** Completion of residency training approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, in an accredited core specialty program leading to board eligibility (ACGME/AOA accredited or equivalent).
- **Language:** Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- *Preferred Experience:**
- General Body Radiologist expertise is highly valued.
- *Physical Requirements:**
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination or evaluation is required.
