Summary
Board Certified Psychiatry Physician needed for direct patient care, requiring US citizenship and an unrestricted medical license.
Join our team as a Psychiatry Physician, delivering direct clinical care to patients. We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong clinical skills and experience.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- **Citizenship:** United States Citizenship.
- **Education:** Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (do) degree from a VA-approved school.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
- **Residency Training:** Completion of an accredited core specialty residency program (ACGME/AOA approved) leading to board eligibility.
- **Board Certification:** Required in Psychiatry or a Subspecialty.
- **Language:** Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- *Preferred Experience:**
- Direct Psychiatry clinical care.
- Leadership experience within Psychiatry Services.
- VA supervisory experience.
- Telehealth experience.
- Remote work experience.
- Clinical Resource Hub experience.
- *Physical Requirements:**
- Light lifting and carrying (under 15 lbs).
- Use of fingers and fine motor skills.
- Correctable near vision (13"-16" to Jaeger 1-4) and far vision (one eye to 20/20, other to 20/40).
- Hearing ability (aid permitted).
- Extensive computer work, typing, and video call meetings.
