Physician (Family Medicine)

Serve as a Family Practice Physician, providing comprehensive medical care within our facilities. This role demands a commitment to patient health and a strong clinical foundation.

• *What You'll Need:**
• **Citizenship:** Must be a US Citizen.
• **Education:**

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (do) degree from an accredited US or Canadian institution. * Foreign medical graduates require equivalent education verified by ECFMG permanent certification or successful USMLE completion.

• **Licensure:** Current, active, full, and unrestricted Physician license from a U.S. State, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.
• **Training:**

* At least one year of supervised clinical experience (e.g., internship or first year of residency) post-MD/do degree. * Successful completion of a minimum three-year accredited residency program in Family Medicine. Experience cannot substitute for required residency training.
