Summary

Join our team as a licensed Nephrology Physician, providing comprehensive patient care for kidney disease and dialysis.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician specializing in Nephrology to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients with chronic and end-stage kidney disease, including dialysis management.

  • *Key Qualifications:**
  • **Citizenship:** Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-citizens may be considered if qualified citizens are unavailable.
  • **Education:** Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (do) from a VA-approved medical school.
  • **Licensure:** Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or D.C.
  • **Residency:** Completion of an accredited residency training program (ACGME/AOA approved or equivalent) leading to eligibility for board certification.
  • **Language:** Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • *Preferred Experience:**
  • Active clinical practice in Nephrology, with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Board Certification in Nephrology.
  • Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Familiarity with virtual care technologies (e.g., Clinical Video Telehealth, VA Video Connect).
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proven proficiency in managing chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, and providing dialysis care.
  • *Physical Requirements:**
  • Ability to perform duties requiring moderate lifting (15-44 lbs), carrying, standing, bending, and possessing good vision and hearing (aids permitted).
