Physical Security Specialist (Project Manager)

This role involves applying security principles to solve complex problems, manage projects, and provide physical security recommendations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Apply security concepts, principles, and practices to analyze and resolve complex security problems.
• Perform market research, prepare Statements of Work, and Independent Government Cost Estimates.
• Provide timely project updates.
• Conduct surveys and inspections to assess and recommend physical security solutions, addressing the unique needs of various DoD agencies.
• *Qualifications (GS-11 Level):**
• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09, demonstrating ability in security problem resolution, project management (market research, SOWs, cost estimates), and physical security recommendations.
• **Education:** Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR LL.M. (if related).
• **Combination:** A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify.
