## Science and Technology Program Specialist (NH-04)
We are seeking a highly qualified Science and Technology Program Specialist to contribute to technical studies, manage resource allocation through PPBE processes, and oversee science and technology programs across various organizational areas. This role requires direct, applicable experience for immediate success.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collaborative technical studies and analyses.
- Apply Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process skills for effective resource allocation.
- Manage and oversee science and technology programs across diverse organizational domains.
- *Education:**
- **Option 1:** A degree in Physical Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, including at least 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science (e.g., mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, electronics).
- **Option 2:** An equivalent combination of education and experience, including at least 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science, plus appropriate professional experience or additional education.
- *Experience (NH-04 Level):**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 grade level (Federal service) or in the private sector.
- Specialized experience must include:
- *For current federal employees:* Must have served 52 weeks at an NH-03 grade level or higher.
- Your resume must not exceed two pages, be in PDF format, with no less than 1" margins and a 10-point font.
- Clearly document all qualifications and education by the closing date.
- Include months and hours worked per week for each employment.
- Active Duty Service Members: Submit a "certification" of active service with your application if applicable.
- Former/Current Political Appointees: Disclose prior appointments with relevant documentation (SF-50, statement of appointment details).
