Join our team to manage and lead technology commercialization and innovation programs. This role involves developing, implementing, and executing funding initiatives and strategic partnerships to bring cutting-edge research to market. You will collaborate across departments, brief leadership, and drive impactful outcomes for start-ups, small businesses, and researchers.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and execute technology commercialization and lab-to-market funding programs for start-ups, small businesses, incubators, and researchers.
- Develop and manage innovative partnership mechanisms, such as partnership intermediary agreements or Prize Authority.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to Program Office leadership on funding program proposals, impacts, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for and develop cross-program collaborations for jointly funded initiatives and common mission areas.
- (For GS-14 equivalent: Lead teams in these activities and proactively identify new partnership opportunities).
- *Qualifications:**
- At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 (for GS-13 level consideration) or GS-13 (for GS-14 level consideration).
- Experience must include meeting at least two of the following criteria:
- Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid/volunteer work.
- Resume submission is limited to two pages; only the first two pages will be reviewed for eligibility.
