Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a Legal Professional to provide essential legal support at the GS-11 level. This role focuses on National Security Law, Administrative Law, and Ethics.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct legal research and writing in National Security, Administrative Law, and Ethics/Standards of Conduct.
• Provide legal advice and support on relevant U.S. laws and regulations.
• Assist attorneys and staff in developing and implementing management practices to enhance legal service quality.
• *Qualifications (GS-11 Level):**

Candidates must meet **ONE** of the following:

• **Experience:** One year of specialized legal experience (equivalent to GS-09 federal service) directly involving legal research, writing, advice, and support in National Security Law, Administrative Law, and Ethics, as well as assisting with legal service management.
• **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education; or an LL.M. degree (if related to the field).
• **Combination:** A computed combination of specialized experience and graduate education that totals at least 100% of the requirements (e.g., less than one year of specialized experience combined with more than two years of graduate education).
• *Note:** All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
