Organizational Culture Program Manager

We are seeking a proactive Culture Program Manager to develop, administer, and enhance organizational culture and engagement programs. This role involves leading initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment through strategic program management and data-driven insights.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Design, implement, and administer comprehensive culture and engagement programs, including developing policies, frameworks, toolkits, and performance metrics.
• Manage multi-year initiatives focused on assessing, influencing, and improving organizational culture through collaboration with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams.
• Apply workforce analytics and data insights to inform strategic decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal service, or comparable experience in the private or military sector.
• Proven experience administering culture and engagement programs, including policy and framework development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience applying workforce data to evaluate programs and inform decisions.
